Stephen Carek, MD, CAQSM, DipABLM, is a family medicine physician in Greenville, South Carolina. Originally from Charleston, he attended Clemson University for college, the Medical University of South Carolina for medical school, Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, for his family medicine residency, and completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at the University of Florida. He currently serves as the program director for the Prisma Health/USC School of Medicine Greenville Family Medicine Residency Program in Greenville, and is an assistant professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville. He is board certified in family medicine, primary care sports medicine and lifestyle medicine. As a primary care physician, Dr. Carek's goals are to partner with you to achieve your health care goals.
