Her curiosity exploded with what the body was capable of and she decided to attend the College of Charleston to get her B.S. degree Exercise Science. After graduating in 2015 she has added many different certifications to her field of study to include: Pilates, Yoga, Barre, TRX, Spin and most recently Flexology. In addition to movement, she loves the role that nutrition can play on recovery and body composition. When shes not moving her own body she enjoys teaching Pilates and yoga and exploring all that Greenville has to offer.

Many trends have come and gone but stretching is always remained as part of every well rounded fitness program. Along the way I earned my B.S. in business administration from Rider University but realized my true passion was in teaching yoga. I obtained my E-RYT 200 and have worked with beginners, kids, seniors, and special needs populations. Upon my recent move to the Greenville area from Pennsylvania I learned about StretchLab and it has felt like a natural way to utilize my skills in the studio. My favorite stretch is the one that hits the most challenging area for each member. When I'm not in the studio or teaching yoga I enjoy exploring Greenville and the surrounding area as well as reading, cooking, and relaxing at home.
