Fruadulant Agent BEWARE!

BEWARE of Niza Realty and thier agent, Derrick Harrison. A deal was made with me on a closing of an investment property and has yet to be fullfilled. Derrick Harrision continues to practice as an dishonest Real Estate Agent and also does not pay his contractors.After speaking with Thomas Jones, I was informed by Mr. Jones that he has no knowledge of such dealings and that he would facilitate communications being that Derrick was not following up on payment. To this day, I have yet to receive futher communication from either. My property was closed on back in October 2017 and still payment has not been made. Please beware!
